Central Records
maintains records of all high school graduates and inactive records of all
Cumberland County Schools. Student records are held in the school you
attended last for 3 years prior to being sent to Central Records for filming.
We are presently located at the Operations Center - 810 Gillespie Street Fayetteville, NC 28306. Our hours are from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday
through Friday. Our mailing address is: Cumberland

Online
Requests
You may request transcripts/student records online. Online purchases may be made
with credit and debt cards. To access the online applications, click on the link
in the right navigations panel. If you are requesting your
record by mail, a copy of your ID should be sent with your request.
Walk-in
Requests
A parent is the only other
person allowed to sign for your record. That parent must show their photo ID and
have proof of parenthood such as your birth certificate or their name must be on your
school record.
In order to locate your
record, we must know:
Full name
(maiden if female)
Date of Birth
High School Graduated From (or last Cumberland County School attended)
Year of Graduation or last year and grade attended
A fee is charged to copy and
mail records. At the present time that amount is $10.00.
For mail requests, send a money order payable to Cumberland
County Schools. For walk-in requests please use cash for purchases. The fee for
records picked up in the office is $10.00.
We cannot
fax or e-mail transcripts. Records must be picked up at the office or mailed as you designate.
Employers
needing verifications of graduation must submit an online request. |
